How to Add New Carriers to your Account

If you are appointed with a carrier that has recently been added to Semsee, here's how you can input your carrier information to gain access to quoting. Simply add your carrier code and credentials to get started. Just follow these simple steps:

Add Code: (ADMIN-ONLY)

  1. Visit App: https://app.semsee.com/
  2. Navigate to the Account/Settings page
  3. Find the My Agency's Carriers tile and click 'Manage'
  4. Locate the carrier and click 'Edit Carrier Codes' on the right-hand side


Add Credentials: (ALL USERS)

  1. Navigate to the Account/Settings page
  2. Find the Carrier Credentials tile and click 'Manage'
  3. Select the carrier from the list and click on the orange person icon under 'Action'.



  4. Enter your username and password for that carrier’s portal.

    TIP: We recommend avoiding password savers, as they may attempt to autofill your Semsee login information.

Once your agency code has been added by your admin, you and your team members can add your credentials and start quoting right away. Please let us know if you need any help with this!
