My Travelers credential is correct, why am I getting an email stating they are invalid?

 

Is it time to update your password? Travelers requires a password update every 90 days. If you believe your password is valid and it is coming back as invalid, visit https://www.travelers.com/foragents and log in.

If your security question pops up, you’ll want to answer and proceed to reset your password. Once reset, please mirror it in the Semsee platform. If you use a link to access Travelers that you have used in the past, your cookies/cache could bypass the pop up and until the pop up is cleared out, the issue will persist.
