Agency codes can typically be found in your carrier portal or within appointment documents provided by the carrier.
Carriers That Require Activation
Some carriers require agency code activation before you can quote through Semsee.
If your carrier shows as Pending Activation, that means the carrier still needs to approve your code for API quoting.

How to Find your Agency Code:

For All Other Carriers
If you can’t locate your agency code in the carrier’s portal:

Try checking My Profile, Settings, Agency Details, Producer Info, or Primary Producers in the dashboard.

Use the carrier’s help, FAQ, or support pages - sometimes they document where codes live.

Search your appointment / onboarding documents from the carrier as codes are often included there.

Contact the carrier’s agent/producer support directly and ask them to provide your agency or producer code.
