Why can’t I see my quote in the carrier portal?

Is your quote result "Preliminary"? If so, you will need to bridge to the carrier portal by clicking "Finish Quote" and answer the additional questions that populated. Additional questions can populate based on the class codes you selected or the way you answered an underwriting question.

Once you finalize the quote in the carrier portal, you'll be able to bind. If you visit the carrier portal directly without first bridging through the deep link, your record will not appear.
