If you’re not seeing your quote in the carrier’s portal, it’s likely related to the quote result type you received in Semsee.
There are two possible results that require you to log in to the carrier portal to continue:
Finish in Carrier Portal and Go to Quote.
Important:
If you visit the carrier portal directly instead of clicking Finish in Carrier Portal or Go to Quote through Semsee, your quote record will not appear.
Always bridge through the link in Semsee to ensure your quote data transfers correctly.
Finish in Carrier Portal
This result means the quote is not yet finalized.
You’ll need to log into the carrier’s portal through the link provided in Semsee to continue the process.
- Click Finish in Carrier Portal from your quote results.
- You’ll be redirected to the carrier portal.
- Answer any additional questions that appear.
- Once complete, the carrier will finalize the quote and you’ll be able to proceed with binding.
Go to Quote
This result means the quote is already finalized, but additional steps or documents must be completed directly in the carrier portal before binding.

Click Go to Quote from your quote results.

The link will take you to the corresponding quote in the carrier portal.

Review the finalized quote and complete any required bind or payment steps directly with the carrier.
