If you see one or more of your carriers listed as “Pending Activation” in Semsee, that means the carrier still needs to approve your agency code for API quoting access.
What “Pending Activation” Means
Some carriers require agency code activation before you can start quoting through Semsee.
When you add your agency code under the Admin tab in your Semsee account, the system sends a request to the carrier to validate and activate that code for API use.
While this activation is pending, you will not be able to quote with that carrier in Semsee.

Make sure your agency code has been entered correctly in the Admin tab → My Agency’s Carriers section.

Once entered, the carrier will review and approve your code for API quoting.

You’ll automatically gain access to quote once the carrier confirms activation, and you may enter your carrier credentials in Settings.
